Portable and easy to use. Simply place the disk underneath the tarp and slide the loop onto the grooved disk. Can be attached either semi-permanently, enabling you to slip the disk on and off as needed, or permanently, using nails, screws, etc. Use the end hook for hanging light objects, or run a line through the hole for heavier objects.  |
