Policy
- All items must be brand new, and in original packaging.
- All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from date of
ordering the product.
- Your product purchase price will be refunded when your return arrives and
is inspected by our warehouse, you will be emailed a confirmation of your
return & credit.
- Shipping charges are not refunded, we will refund shipping charges if the
return is for a reason that was the fault of RVStoreDirect.com.

Shipping charges are set based on standard UPS retail rates. Shipping charges
are charged in addition to the retail price of the product(s).
